Wholesale International Sales Manager

Job Description

Reporting to the International Managing Direction, you’ll define and implement commercial and marketing distribution plans to achieve sales objectives and support the wholesales team.

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

- serve as a primary contact for wholesale account to manage day to day business and operational functions

- partner with senior management on integrated marketing plans by account

- help to respond to customers issues

- wholesales analytics

- planning of seasonal budget/sales goals based on market feedback and performance

- analyse selling reports and reach out to buyers to maximize opportunities

- present and sell to stores during market appointment, overview each appointment to ensure budgets selection

- follow-up with clients

- partner with internal team to ensure all orders are correctly entered and managed

- manage market set up and checklist procedures, coordination and schedule of appointments

- visit to stores to promote sales and growth business

- responsible for reaching out to buyers and individual stores to set up meeting

- follow up with store managers and associate

 

The ideal candidate

- University business degree or equivalent

- 2-3 years international wholesales experience in luxury products

- fluent in Italian and English. Any additional language is a plus

- good team spirit

- excellent communication skills, reliable, good negotiator and well organized

- business and results driven with ability to work under pressure

- seek and uses feedback constructively with the aim of achieving positive results

- mature attitude
